i added mod_ssl signed certificate, can't figure why google chrome marking connection untrusted

can me, why google chrome marking website untrusted?

per google's note on sha-1 deprecation,

sites end-entity certificates expire on or after 1 january 2017, , include sha-1-based signature part of certificate chain, treated “affirmatively insecure”. subresources such domain treated “active mixed content”.

the current visual display “affirmatively insecure” lock red x, , red strike-through text treatment in url scheme.
