ruby on rails - SEO and page with checkbox before accessing site -

i working on ruby on rails project in people visit site must check checkbox in order access whole site (after checking cookie set to not show first page again).

i made working interrogation seo: how google, bing or robots can reference website if not allowed go through page checkbox ? there way in rails skip first robots ?
