payment - Stripe Connect with iOS app -

so i'm getting phase of implementing stripe in app, understand need have server run charges token sent ios app server.

i have few questions,

1. how ios app send token through server charge through stripe. (how communicate ios server?)

2. when customer buys seller, how server know should receive money. (i assume pass through information receiver of money be? or maybe in stripe api?)
