i've been fiddling around bootstrap weeks , i'm feeling running in maze.
there thousands-and-millions of programs visually building bootstrap website, took @ various options like: blocs app, rapid weaver, pine grow , web apps didn't find solution makes me confident.
i'm not coding, can html, css , low-level php-programming getting framework not manageable me while studying , working. designer first approach using "visual apps" , point can nice.
would easier use ide , there ide, can handle bootstrap in way don't have read docs understand have create simple page?
i'm searching right tool work bootstrap framework , advice more experienced users - thank you.
