Can I publish an app to the AppStore while having iOS 9 beta installed on my iPhone and using Xcode 6? -

prior submit app appstore must generate archive, , have iphone or ipad connected xcode during time.

if upgrade ios 9 beta, still able (generate archive xcode 6)? or encounter issues if upgrade?

you can install 2 (or more) versions of xcode on mac, beta versions of xcode testing, , official released version app store build , submission purposes. currently, instance, install xcode-beta 7.x directly run , debug test builds on iphone running ios 9 beta, , install xcode 6.x build ios 8 sdk , submit app store. can (and should) still test latter build using ad hoc deployment.
