deployment - Offline distribution of TYPO3 content -

i'm looking possibility of using cms way of distributing content (user manuals, faqs, documentation) offline customers. tried searching possibility of distributing static offline copy of typo3, surprised not find far. there few custom solutions have considered (wgeting static copy, installing webserver on deployment), wonder easiest way, or whether there modules supporting this. not have admin rights during setup, can't install services on client machine. not care whether use neos or typo3 classic, whichever supports fine.

p.s. i'm asking similar different questions other cmses. adhering 1 objective per question rule, i've felt using different questions right way this.

wget whole page static set of html pages fastest sensible solution. of course there other programs allow this.

in other case need install apache+mysql+php on each client doesn't make sense.
