harmon.ie - Subsites are not visible though the "Hide subsites and workspaces" is unchecked and the user has access rights -

our users have access subsites, , can add address of these subsites in harmon.ie , navigate inside. also, checkboxes "hide subsites limited or no access" unchecked. therefore, expect when adding address of "higher level" site in harmon.ie, visualise names of subsites below: don't. can be?

please read our kb @ http://harmon.ie/kb/sharepointrequirements browsing subsites, details needed permission when working through web services harmon.ie. if not please re-do security, on individual (for concerned users), check whether 1 of permissions didn't have browse directories enabled.

we have, however, seen few situations in past, despite proper settings, such ‘browse directories’, people unable see sub-sites or directories. unfortunately, never able reproduce such situation inside our labs analyze that. believe may related precedence of security settings applied sharepoint user account. instance, if there ‘read’ , ‘manage’ access levels – may 1 of has ‘browse directory’ while other 1 doesn’t.
in few situations have come across similar issue occurred – resolved times remove ‘browse directories’ setting , applying again.
