How do I automatically cc: myself on every email sent in Lotus/IBM Notes 9.0.1? -

i'm on phone ibm , can't seem provide answer. i've searched on google, nothing clear. i'm trying automatically cc: myself on every single email send.

i can't remember in outlook nor called, in outlook remember simple checkmarking "automatically cc: myself" field in preferences window.

why want cc: on every email? have sent folder, can view them there. if want send copy can modify mail application, assuming have design access it. need turn off nightly update of mail application design template on server.

but there not built-in setting it.

update: since reason disclosed way use emails kind of to-do list, suggestion use flags , follow-ups.
