i use windows 7 , i've had problems viruses. using eset nod 32 , malwarebite anti-malware i've managed clean up. can't open python (neither spyder nor ipython notebook...). nod 32 tells me there files damaged , can not open in anaconda.
i've tried uninstalling , reinstalling python, , googling issue hasn't turned anything. has else had problem?
remove previous installation of python, download latest, install , attempt launch python again.

it anti-virus false-identifying python files malicious, or perhaps aren't installing python administrator.
perhaps python isn't on path.
what happens when open cmd.exe or powershell.exe program , run
python
