i running sub routine in ms access 2010 runs mail merge in word. have 2 instances - 1 sends document printer , second creates pdf files. when first run routine works perfect. if try run second time different data selected stops @ activedocument.mailmerge.maindocumenttype = wdformletters line. if reset code prior executing routine run fine. i'm not sure if releasing objects or other parameters correctly after running through routine. run time 462 remote machine not exist or unavailable.
