Odoo 8.0 XML ID not found -

• i create 1 theme of odoo official documentation.
• i use the odoo 8.0 documentation , branch.

• but have face 1 problem, when implement below code

• this gives me error xml id not found in parent

• and search o_panel_body in whole branch not found word. *please me , can resolve things.
