windows 7 - Can't delete folder after failed git clone -

i'm trying clone git repo. i'm using cygwin on windows 7 os. somehow, fails, create folder. when try delete it, got message:

rmdir: fallo al borrar «myreponame/»: device or resource busy

i can't delete using windows explorer.

¿what means message, , how can delete these folders?

make sure no shells, windows explorer windows or applications open in git subtree , try again. next, close apps , try again. if doesn't work, reboot , try again. windows overly protective of open files , directories, , apps don't close them properly.
