recently patch put production upgrade our postgres db.
since then, our users not able use gui submit tickets, our users able use web services submit tickets.
how possible 1 work on other if both utilizing same defined workflows in jira?
please provide insight under hood operations of jira. put ticket atlassian , shut down there since version have has reached end-of-life.

though thought goes through same path pretty in jira when users submit data via web services logs revealed dead wrong.
the issue caused users not able submit data through gui due fact there old code written manage cache of users. had limit set less actual number of users because of how things coded system ended in infinite loop trying add of users never able load them because cache drop users when reached still try , load missing cache.
