php - How to export email messages from Windows Live Mail -

i have 3 years of contacts information in customer mailbox, customer wants add emails mysql database (or .csv/microsoft excel). best method it? (i know php , javascript).

the email provider windows live mail. (i've imported email messages microsoft outlook.)

to export email messages windows live mail:

1. open windows live mail clicking start button. in search box, type mail, , then, in list of results, click windows live mail.
2. in upper-left corner, open file menu, click export email, , select email messages.
3. select microsoft windows live mail export format, , click next.
4. click browse , browse want store messages. verify folder empty.
5. click next.
6. select message folders want export, , click next. confirmation messages exported. click finish.
