decompiler - Get empty lua file when decompiling the luac file -

i'm trying decompile .luac files unzipped game.and tried tools (unluac & luadec) of them gave me empty .lua file 0kb.

are these luac files encrypt or use wrong version of tools? can me solve this?

the .luac can't this, it's encrptyed.
