hopefully can me out this. i've been tasked giving mobile template overhaul on site uses bigcommerce. know of ide or windows based browser allow me preview changes make on fly, preferably via dreamweaver cc isn't necessity.
basically want revamp homepage instead of having mundane , dreary menu take entire page, i'd change have responsive windows 8 tiles 1 use navigate site.
since bigcommerce paid service limited available. cannot download site , run on localhost. worked on 1 of sites before, best work around found edit in google chrome's inspect element , console "f12" - way can make changes directly site see how render. keep in mind, f12 after chrome builds page , not match actual code time.
