in itunes connect, go app under prerelease> internal testers. tester status has been added there switch testflight says, "to start testing, turn on testflight beta testing" i've looked in google search , have come nothing useful.
the switch activate testflight beta testing in "builds" section under "prerelease", on right, above list of builds. here screenshot made. in german, should same in english version.
