paypal - Is there a way to charge my clients a fee on top of Authorize.net, like Shopify.com? -

i developing hosted shopping cart service, shopify.com. charge clients fee on top of payment processor.

shopify charges 0.5% 2% (depending upon plan) on top of authorize.net fees.

how can this?

stripe , paypal offer kind of payment handling [0] , [1].
