android - App enables background playing of videos, cordova issues, google play rejecting apps -

i have created few android apps using cordova, these having videos in it. trying upload apps on google play store every-time rejecting apps following reasons.

1. your submission has been rejected enabling background playing of youtube videos in violation of youtube api terms of service. if submission update existing app....

2. after regular review, have determined app enables background playing of youtube videos, violation of youtube api terms of service...

i not sure what's wrong them. please me out

google told me problem when hit power button when playing video. screen turn off must stop video playing. mediaplayer handles powerbutton off differently changing different app (where turnes off automatically). since still having valid screen (although dark), keeps playing. behavior wanted when example have mp3 player , want continue listening music whlie screen off. youtube doesn't videos.
