ios7 - Uniquely identify programatically a device on iOS 7 and later -

in android app identifying device , sim card reading imei , imsi respectively.

how can programmatically on ios 7 , later? see uuid identifies app + device, , changes every time reinstall it, doesn't work me.

any ideas?

there no fixed (publicly available) id anymore. uuid off limits , using mac address isn't fixed
