nuget - Slow Cheetah 2.5.14 doesn't work on TeamCity -

when installed slow cheetah 2.5.14 , try build package in teamcity doesn't work.

i below error "cannot add part package. part names cannot derived part name appending segments it. process exited code 1"

things noticed when have installed 2.5.14 version on slowcheetah.transforms.targets not matching version installed says

<sc-msbuildlibpathlocal condition=" '$(sc-msbuildlibpathlocal)'=='' ">$(localappdata)\microsoft\msbuild\slowcheetah\v2.5.11\</sc-msbuildlibpathlocal> , same can seen in targets file @ different locations. i'm not sure why can't build package in teamcity. have followed different posts didnt had luck.
