node.js - How to keep a Heroku dyno alive for a certain time interval? -

since start of june 2015, free heroku dynos have had sleep 6 hours in 24-hour interval, rendering things new relic useless.

i've got slack bot running on free heroku dyno use around office parsing smartsheet documents , searching google news. wondering if there's way keep dyno alive time interval? say, 7am-11pm every day? it'd leave six-hour interval in there, while still keeping active business hours. ideas?

reading the docs, looks can scale app down 0 - in case won't active.

so maybe heroku dyno:scale web=0 (if have web dyno) during periods don't want activity. or automate maybe via call api.
