Google Calendar API - Status Tentative -

i'm using google calendar v3 api , notice calendar events coming api status of tentative. can tell me how status comes , how can replicate it?

this causing issues app syncing calendar events have status of confirmed.

i've tried replicating using online version of google calendar , app on android there doesn't seem way set tentative.

i've tried adding myself , others guests , setting attending "maybe" - isn't answer , still comes through "confirmed".
