publishing - Publish android app with advertising and without advertising -

i want publish android app in google play store in 2 modes:

the first free advertising. second without advertising user have pay. same application difference ads.

way best option achieve this?

1 - 1 application hides ads property? (app property, database property, etc)

2 - 2 differents apps?

3 - other solution?

keep in 1 project , use google in-app payments manage full version. if have 2 separate apps people can buy full version, extract .apk , refund. way didn't pay , have full version. can pass .apk else. in-app purchases bound google account, give security.
