JMETER's Vusers memory keep on increasing -

i'm testing .net application using jmeter, when ever execute test 300 vusers ram consumption more 11gb. observed in jvisualvm each vuser taking more 396mb, in fact keep on increasing. can give solution how execute minimal ram usage.
