php - Magento Notification Emails -

i have been given task of fixing bug on magento store online , im having trouble finding solution.

when new order made, administrator receives email (which fine) from: part of notification email contains customers name , shared servers hostname.. eg:

[customername]@[serverhostname.com] 

it's not massive issue annoying.. after looking on in admin area, unable find config setting gives weird email address..

upon looking in system > configuration > general > store email addresses, , looking in system > configuration > sales > sales emails email address not found in of fields nor settings set sending notifications emails administrator. weird!

the thing can think may have been hardcoded within magento install..

is able point me in right place might able find this?

i'd suggest installing smtp-pro email can sent via smtp server in same way email client such outlook would.
