c# - SOAP error : Error in deserializing body of reply message for operation -

i'm trying run queries amadeus web services , i'm encoutering problem every time i'm trying lauch query :

error in deserializing body of reply message operation 'name of service'.

i've read had extend size of readerquotas in config file. did i'm still encountering same issue.

what strange when i'm running locally visual studio 2013, there no issue. once i'm launching on virtual machine (windows server 2003 r2 using vs 2010), error raised.

any idea of what's going on?
