asp.net core - kpm restore doesn't do anything in beta3 -

i have project asp.net 5 beta 3. trying run on new machine. installed kvm successfully. kvm list , kvm upgrade commands work okay. kpm restore , k web commands not wotking @ all. no errors displayed, commands don't anything.

here how command line looks like.
