html - Border appears to be thicker in different lines -

i have given simple css rule:

border-bottom: 1px solid #999794

for menu links, seems border apppears thicker lines others. how can sure line of border has same thickness everywhere?

this rule apply bottom border if have rule border :2px solid #999794 cause border seem thicker. there conflicting css rule somewhere
